Singapore Idol or Singapore Idiot?

watch Singapore Idol in the tv lounge last night... i have really got to take my hats off to the contestants for their bravery... sometimes i wonder why the tv station decides to show the poor, the bad and the ugly side of singapore? (not singaporeans)... mind you its singapore idol not singaporean idol... anyway, these are some of the more memorable ones:

• the stripper (wats he thinking? stripping to his bright yellow trunks... the street eyebrow plucker)
• the mosquito singer (can't even hear a thing... the judges should have just mouth the 'comments'... maybe that way he will understand)
• the lemon tree guy (aka the william hung wannabe)
• the opera singer (this show does not really suit him lah... honest...)
• the still-in-NS mode guy (hmmm... think he is suffering from shadows of his NS days...)
  

well, these people really have the courage to sing in front of the judges... i for one won't do that... not forgetting some who really know who to sing and have the X-factor in them...way to go... can't wait for wednesday to catch the next eposide of Singapore Idoit... oops...Singapore Idol
