the JOY of the LORD

week 2 of new semester... day in day out... study study study... fyp fyp fyp... eca eca eca... but the joy of the LORD is my strength... its now halfway through the week, juz came back from WSC welcome tea... (missed a bs class this wk) , anyway, its really sai kang loh but no choice... for the eca pts n my nice little single rm, i can say its worth it loh... stretch me a bit oso good... last week was rather sianz though didn't have to attend alot of classes because classes were cancelled due to flag day n stuff... but was really lethargic... went for ONPM on friday stay till 1 cuz next morning got class... prayed for strength n joy... well, God is good... was filled with joy literally... helped me to go through this 3 days...though classes start early n end late... i felt different... nt like last wk... do things with joy n not unwillingly...

went to see my fyp supervisor juz now... tink he from hong kong... the accent still there after so many years... first impression was: he's friendly... (co-sup not so...) he talked to us abt the scope... shifting the focus of the fyp to a bit of database, which i'm more familiar with... then he brought us to the lab... the lab tech oso cantonese... n he oso mentioned "zi ji ren" when he realised that i'm oso cantonese...hee... gotta establish good contacts... will be frequenting there every week for the next 9 months or so...

praying that this joy will not wear off... but grow from strength to strength...

oh yah... saw lian today.. her first day in NTU...yeah!!!
