though this news is already a day old, i still have to proclaim this:

72 won ibrg contract bridge

many thanks to zai shan, my partner... was suppose to partner junhong one but he can't play cos he set the cards...well, at least i realised i can play with someone else...

lets talk about zai shan lah... he juz turned 19 (celebrated his birthday in the tv lounge after the ibrg last night)... can't imagine he is juz 19... 19 for me seems so long ago... when that made him the youngest in the bridge team... and the only one thats underage... the whole bridge team muz cooperate... dun corrupt his mind... haha.. err... maybe its already corrupted...hmmm.... well, he's 19 because after his A levels, went NS then go OCS then sign on with Air Force.... great prospects i would say... welcome to the bridge family...

i tink the bridge team is really like a family... well at least of us are quite close... there's junhong (aka star), boon thong (aka pluto), terence (aka moon), derek (aka mercury), me (dun ask), zhenni and hui wen..hmm.. think muz start giving a nick to zai shan soon... as for the origin of the nick... ask junhong... nor forgetting the sun and the big bang... i mean for other recreational games... you dun play till 4, 5 am right? really overnight loh... can sacrifice sleep oso... we have our outings too, ktv session, movie session... terence once asked if after we graduate... will we still come out once a month juz to play bridge? u can see how strong the bonds are... alas... most of us are already in our final year... lets all jia you... this year ihrg, lets do better than last year k? at least get a better ranking? hee...
